As long as specialty cards like these are on the market, they'll have a fan in me. The American Hockey League produces two sets annually -- AHL Top Prospects and AHL All-Stars. Upper Deck's Rookie Class is a seasonal must-have item for any hound. New Jersey's Yann Danis achieved my objective, signing them before the Devils game against Tampa Bay.

Even for TTM'ers, the Rookie Class sets are a must-have.
ReplyDeleteOf course, there's always the possibility of not getting a card mailed back, signed or unsigned. Like my Danis card.
I guess I can't complain too much though. I got Phil Esposito back this past week after a year-plus of waiting.
That sounds like a fair trade to me. Congrats on the Espo auto. He's doing a weekly radio show this season at a restaurant this season. Hopefully, I'll add to the collection.
